Foreign Aid and the Facts

Many Americans feel that we shouldn't be focusing on foreign aid because we have domestic problems at home we should address first. However, few Americans are aware of the fact that we spend less than one percent of our national budget on foreign aid and even fewer Americans are aware how far that small amount has gone to improving the lives of those in developing countries.
